What you need to start.
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 21 years old (interstate driving)
- Acceptable driving record (MVR)
- Pass the DOT pre-employment drug test
- Valid DOT medical card
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Questions drivers ask first.
CPM is cents per mile — you are paid for every mile driven. Company solo drivers earn $0.70–$0.80 per mile and company team drivers $0.90–$1.00 per mile. Your recruiter confirms your exact rate before your first load.
Solo owner-operators pay a 10–11% company fee on each load’s gross revenue and keep the rest. Before you sign, your recruiter goes through what the fee covers and any other deductions, line by line.
With lease to rent you drive a truck from our network for an agreed rental. With lease to purchase your payments go toward owning the truck. Terms for both are negotiated individually — ask your recruiter for the current trucks and numbers.
